Scope of services
CrowdBooster provides crowdfunding marketing and growth services — strategy, prelaunch audience building, campaign page optimisation, paid media, creative, PR and community work. The exact deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in the written proposal or agreement we sign with you, which takes precedence over this page.
What we are not
CrowdBooster is not a crowdfunding platform. We do not host campaigns, hold funds or process pledges, and we are not affiliated with Kickstarter, Indiegogo, GoFundMe or any other platform. You remain responsible for complying with the rules of the platform you launch on.
No guarantee of results
Crowdfunding outcomes depend on your product, pricing, market and timing. We do not guarantee funding, a funding amount, backer numbers, media coverage or any other result. Any figures discussed in planning are targets, not promises.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, payment schedule and notice periods are agreed in writing before work begins. Work already performed and third-party costs already committed — such as ad spend — remain payable if an engagement is cancelled.
Your material and our work
You keep ownership of the product information, brand assets and content you give us, and confirm you have the right to use them. Deliverables we create for your campaign transfer to you once the related fees are paid. We may describe the type of work performed, but we do not publish your name, assets or results without your approval.
Confidentiality
Unreleased product, financial and campaign information shared with us is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the engagement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profits or lost funding.
