Benjamin Harry is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CrowdBooster. He leads the company’s direction — how the team is built, which campaigns it takes on and the standard every engagement is held to.
As CEO he stays close to the work rather than above it. He is involved in how campaigns are scoped, how goals are set with founders and how honestly expectations are framed before a launch date is ever chosen. That includes saying no when a campaign isn’t ready, and saying so early.
His focus is on building a team where strategy, media, creative and community sit together, so creators get one senior group accountable for the outcome instead of a chain of handoffs.
